Please read these terms carefully before using N1 Precision. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

HIPAA & Data Protection

N1 Precision is actively working toward full HIPAA compliance. We have implemented and continue to strengthen administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your health information.

Our current protections include:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication for all user data
  • Audit logging for data access in clinical contexts
  • User-controlled data sharing with explicit consent
  • De-identification of data sent to third-party AI services

We are in the process of establishing Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our infrastructure providers and formalizing our HIPAA compliance program. Until this process is complete, we recommend that covered entities (healthcare providers, health plans) consult with their compliance teams before using N1 Precision Clinical or Trials in a regulated context.

Individual consumers using N1 Precision Insights to track their own health data are not subject to HIPAA requirements and may use the service without restriction.

Account Eligibility & Caregiver Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on N1 Precision. Caregivers may use the service to track health data on behalf of minors over whom they have legal authority (e.g., parent, legal guardian).

The account holder is responsible for all data entered into the application and represents that they have the legal authority to enter data on behalf of the data subject.

Not Medical Advice

N1 Precision is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information presented in this application is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult your doctor, neurologist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your medical condition.

AI-Generated Content

N1 Precision uses Anthropic's Claude to generate informational summaries and analysis of your health data. These AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. We make no guarantee of the accuracy or completeness of AI analysis. AI outputs should always be reviewed with your healthcare provider before acting on them.

Informational Use Only

All data collected and displayed by this application is intended for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It should not be used as the sole basis for any medical decisions.

Minor's Data & Ownership Transition

Data subjects who reach the age of majority (18) may request ownership transfer of their health data. To initiate a transition, contact us through the application to verify identity and transfer account control.

Until a transition is completed, the parent or guardian who created the account retains full control over all data and account settings.

Data export is available at any time via Settings > Export in JSON and Excel formats.

No Warranty

N1 Precision is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data, charts, or analytics presented by the application.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and for the data you enter into this application. By using N1 Precision, you acknowledge that the application is a supplementary tool and that all medical decisions should be made in consultation with your healthcare team.
